These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the product photography and set design services provided by Flow Edit Studio. These services include artistic direction, styling, professional photography, post-production editing, and the delivery of ready-to-use images intended for the visual communication of brands, creators, and businesses.
The delivered photographs are intended for promotional and commercial use, notably on e-commerce websites, social media, catalogues, and digital materials.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the client.
2. Services
Flow Edit Studio offers professional product photography services designed to highlight products for e-commerce websites, catalogues, social media, and other communication materials.
Each service includes: artistic direction and styling, professional shooting, post-production editing, and delivery of digital files in the agreed format.
The available offers are described on the website www.floweditstudio.com under the “Services” section.
Any specific request (additional formats, urgent delivery, extra retouching, etc.) will be subject to a personalised quote.
3. Orders and Confirmation
Orders can be placed via the website or through a written quote.
For online orders placed through www.floweditstudio.com, Flow Edit Studio will send a confirmation email, which serves as a binding contractual agreement.
An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment or upon written acceptance of the quote, duly signed and marked “approved.”
Once the order is validated, Flow Edit Studio will contact the Client within 24 to 48 business hours to confirm the order details and project arrangements.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Art. 293B of the French Tax Code).
Rates are fixed and transparent. Work will only begin after full payment has been received.
No photoshoot will be carried out without prior payment.
Payment methods:
-
Online, by credit/debit card via the secure Flow Edit Studio payment platform,
-
By bank transfer, using the details provided on the quote or invoice,
-
Or via a signed quote accompanied by full payment.
The Client receives written confirmation (by email or message) once payment is validated.
The signed quote and full payment together constitute final confirmation of the order.
In case of non-payment within the agreed timeframe, Flow Edit Studio reserves the right to release the reserved date and cancel the order.
All final files (photos, videos, edits) remain the exclusive property of Flow Edit Studio until full payment has been received.
Late payments may incur legal penalties in accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
5. Product Delivery, Photoshoot Execution & Editing
The Client may choose between two working methods:
-
Remote photoshoot: the Client ships their products to Flow Edit Studio, which carries out the session in its own studio and then returns the products to the provided address.
-
On-site/in-person photoshoot: the service is performed at the date, time, and location agreed between both parties.
5.1 Shipping of Products
Products must be sent on the agreed date, properly packaged, and in perfect condition.
Outbound shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Flow Edit Studio will take great care of all products during the shoot, but cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during transport (lost, delayed, or damaged parcels).
5.2 Product Return
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are also borne by the Client.
Returns are made via tracked or registered shipping after written validation from the Client.
Flow Edit Studio declines all responsibility for any loss or damage occurring during return transit.
5.3 Photoshoot Execution
All shoots are conducted according to the brief approved by the Client at the time of order (moodboard, angles, style, formats, etc.).
Any modification to the brief after the shoot has started may result in an additional charge.
Flow Edit Studio guarantees a result consistent with the agreed brief; however, minor variations in lighting, colour, or tone shall not constitute a defect.
5.4 Delivery of Files
Final images are delivered digitally via a Google Drive download link.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 business days after full payment and receipt of all products.
Delivery times do not include shipping times for product transport, for which Flow Edit Studio is not responsible.
5.5 Retouching and Deliverables
The number of delivered images and the level of included retouching are specified in the quote or order summary.
Any additional requests (extra retouching, specific formats, 9:16 ratio, background changes, etc.) will require an additional quote.
Raw (unretouched) files are never provided, except with prior written agreement.
6. Proof Selection Before Final Editing
A pre-selection of images is shared with the Client for approval before post-production.
Approval triggers the final editing and delivery of completed files.
Any changes requested after approval will require an additional quote.
7. Additional Services and Requests
Any additional Client requests not included in the original order will require a new quote from Flow Edit Studio.
This includes, but is not limited to: extra products to photograph, changes in artistic direction after approval, post-delivery aesthetic adjustments, creation of new formats (e.g. banners, cutouts), early delivery, retrieval of expired files, or any additional retouching work.
No additional service will begin without written validation of the new quote and payment in full.
Delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All photographs produced by Flow Edit Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of the photographer, in accordance with Articles L111-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The Client acquires only a usage license for the images, as defined in the order.
Unless otherwise specified on the quote or invoice, this license includes:
-
Use of the images for brand or business communication (website, social media, marketing materials, e-commerce, catalogs, newsletters, etc.).
It expressly excludes any resale, sublicensing, modification, or third-party use without prior written consent from Flow Edit Studio.
Any additional or extended use (new campaign, partner distribution, press use, paid advertising, etc.) requires a separate agreement and may incur an additional fee.
Flow Edit Studio reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes (website, portfolio, social media, printed materials, competitions, professional publications, etc.), unless the Client provides written opposition before final delivery.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability, under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
9. Delays or Cancellations
Cancellations by the Client must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled photoshoot.
After this period, the session may be postponed or converted into a credit note, but no refunds will be issued for confirmed or ongoing orders.
Flow Edit Studio reserves the right to reschedule a shoot in case of force majeure (illness, equipment failure, unforeseen incident, etc.) and will offer the Client a new date at no additional cost.
If the Client fails to appear on the scheduled shoot date, the service will be considered fully due, with no refund or credit.
Flow Edit Studio shall not be held responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by external events beyond its control (e.g. strikes, courier delays, technical failures, adverse weather, or other force majeure).
10. Right of Withdrawal (Private Clients Only)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, private consumers have a period of fourteen (14) days from order confirmation to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty.
This right does not apply to professional Clients.
If the Client expressly requests that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires, they acknowledge waiving their right of withdrawal once the service has started or been fully delivered.
11. Liability
The Client guarantees ownership of all rights relating to the products provided for photography.
Flow Edit Studio cannot be held responsible for any claims concerning elements supplied by the Client (logos, packaging, brief, etc.).
Products are handled with care, but Flow Edit Studio cannot be held liable for wear or minor damage to fragile items.
12. Claims
Any complaint regarding the service must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the final images.
After this period, no claim will be accepted.
13. Confidentiality
Flow Edit Studio commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and visuals provided by the Client, unless explicit authorisation is given for use in the portfolio or professional networks.
14. Personal Data

In case of dispute and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Toulouse, France.
